Barista Application

Frey's Brewing Company is hiring a Barista for morning hours, weekends only to start, and

possibly expanding to weekdays. The ideal applicant must be able to commit

to no less than 75 percent of weekend days per month

(vacation exceptions ok).

Shift time will be Saturday and Sunday, approx 7:30 am - 1:30 pm.

Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay starts at $15.50 per hour plus tips. Evaluation after 60 days.

Candidate will not be required to handle or serve alcohol

 

The ideal candidate must be able to:

• Comfortably greet every customer

• Operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash

• Memorize the recipes for a large menu of coffee drinks

• Prepare a large menu of coffee drinks with ease

• Multi-task

• Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain a positive and can-do attitude
